To receive a 100% refund, your reservation must be canceled at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled transportation service.
Cancellations made between seventy-two (72) hours and less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made between twenty-four (24) and seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund. However, a travel credit equal to the full value of the ticket will be issued and may be used within six (6) months from the date of the originally scheduled trip for a future shared shuttle service.
Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled service are not permitted. No refund or travel credit will be issued.
To cancel a reservation, you must send an email with your Confirmation Number or ID Number to smartshuttleline@hotmail.com or call 772-343-0217 with your request to cancel.
No exceptions will be made if you do not cancel your reservation according to the cancellation policy stated in this document.
Passengers who fail to appear for their scheduled transportation service (no-show) will forfeit the full value of their ticket. No refund or travel credit will be issued.
